The Ruparelia Group, led by chairman Dr Sudhir Ruparelia, has granted permission for RR Pearl Tower One to be used as the official meeting and flag-off point for the upcoming Rajiv Ruparelia Memorial Drive.
The commemorative event is scheduled to take place on Sunday, May 3, 2026, and is aimed at honouring the life and legacy of the late businessman and motorsport enthusiast Rajiv Ruparelia.
According to organisers, participants will gather at RR Pearl Tower One for registration, briefing and the official flag-off before proceeding in convoy to Speke Resort Munyonyo.
The choice of Pearl Tower One carries special significance, as the building was named in Rajiv’s honour, making it a symbolic starting point for the memorial drive.
The event is expected to attract members of the motorsport community, friends, family and supporters who will come together to celebrate Rajiv’s contributions to business, sports and community development.
