Shocking Details: Don Nasser defiled a 16-year-old Girl, charges Amended to Aggravated Trafficking

Shocking new details have emerged in the case against socialite Don Nasser, whose real name is Nasser Nduhukire.

The Kampala Metropolitan Police have updated the charges against him to aggravated trafficking in persons after it was revealed that he allegedly slept with a 16-year-old girl.

According the sanctioned file at Kira Road Police, Don Nasser committed the  crimes between May 3 and May 27, 2024.

The victim’s parents reported the incident on June 15, 2024.

The alleged crimes happened at an apartments in Kamwokya and Naguru Bank Village.

Suspects:

Don Nasser – Resident of Kira Division.

Ateete Promise – 19 years old, personal assistant to Hon. Yona Misinguzi, and resident of Bulindo, Kira Division.

Victim:

A 16-year-old girl from Naguru, Nakawa Division in Kampala.

Details of the Incident:

Ateete Promise befriended the victim through Snapchat. On May 3, 2024, Ateete met the victim at Aura Bar in Kololo.

Ateete then introduced the victim to Don Nasser, who took them to the Kamwokya Apartment.

While at the apartment, Don Nasser allegedly gave them cocaine. Ateete left, and Don Nasser took the victim to his house, where he reportedly had non-consensual sex with her several times.

Another girl was also present at the house.

Don Nasser would later returned the victims to Kamwokya Apartments and continued using drugs and engaging in sexual activities.

Police Actions:

Case File: CRB 678/2024 opened to investigate the incident.

Medical Examination: The victim was examined and a medical report was attached to the case file.

Ateete Promise was arrested and her statement recorded. Statements were also collected from other witnesses and scene of crime documented by Scene of Crime Officers (SOCO).

The case file was submitted for legal guidance and charges of aggravated trafficking in persons were sanctioned.

Despite Don Nasser’s denial of the allegations, police are actively searching for him.

Police spokesperson Patrick Onyango stressed the seriousness of the case, particularly because the victim is the daughter of a police officer.

The case has caused outrage in the community. Residents and advocacy groups are calling for swift and transparent justice.
