Agnes Atim Apea, the Woman Member of Parliament (MP) for Amolatar District has been arrested for failing to service a loan of shs 100 million she borrowed from city money lender.
she was netted by court bailiffs on Friday afternoon.
The legislator has been arraigned in the commercial court.
