A yet to be identified soldier is firing bullets in Kyanja, an upscale suburb of Kampala.
It remains unknown if he has injured any people or what is the cause of the shooting.
Police officers this website talked to said, they are mobilizing to launch an assault to disarm and arrest the trigger happy soldier.
According to videos circulating, the soldier released a number of bullets around Kyanja- Ring road before entering a saloon.
