JUST IN: Mulago Hospital boss Dr. Byarugaba arrested

Mulago National Referral Hospital Executive Director Dr. Byarugaba Baterana has been arrested by the State House Health Monitoring Unit on Tuesday.

The unit is headed by Dr Warren Namara.
