The Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs/UPDF fraternity with deep sorrow regrets to announce the untimely death of the Regional Coordinator Operation Wealth Creation for Moyo.
Brig. Mark Kodili died on Thursday from Victoria Hospital where he has been admitted with health complications.
“We condole with the family, relatives and friends of the deceased during this difficult moment.
Burial arrangements will be communicated later.
May His Soul Rest in Eternal Peace,” said the army spokesperson Brig. Flavia Byekwaso.
Kodili was Sandhurst alumni who served the Ugandan military from the 60s.
