A popular radio journalist from Western Uganda Sulaiman Tiguragara Matojo has Tuesday died from Mulago Referral Hospital.
Matojo who also worked as an RDC for Lyantonde District was evacuated to Mulago over the weekend after he developed breathing complications before collapsing in his office.
Reports indicate that he lost battle to COVID-19.
At a time of his passing, he has been working with Crooze FM, a radio stationed based in Mbarara City.
The deceased also worked at Radio West as a manager before President Museveni appointed him RDC.
