Reports from Ibanda South have it that Engineer John Byabagambi the incumbent is loosing the contest to little known John Paul Panadol.
Engineer has been Ibanda South MP for 15 years and he is seeking a reelection for the fourth time.
He has served as Minister of Works and is the current cabinet minister for Karamoja Affairs.
Meanwhile Deus Mulinde is leading Ibanda Municipality race against arsis Rwaburindore the incumbent.
