President Yoweri Museveni has showed Ugandans that they don’t need outdoor jogging to keep fit but rather can opt for indoor exercises.
The President banned jogging a practice he said was likely to spread the COVID-19 infection faster.
The President cautioned those that had made a habit of flooding Kampala roads to immediately stop because they were endangering the public.
He insisted that people must stay home and those who want to keep healthy, they could do the indoor jogging.
He then promised to release a video to demonstrate to all Ugandans how they can exercise while inside their residences.
In the video Museveni first jogs as he prepares to make 100 push-ups.
