The Ministry of Health will Wednesday afternoon address the nation at its head offices in Nakasero, Kampala.
According to a senior official in the Ministry, the address will be about 6 Chinese who were arrested in Zombo District fleeing Uganda to Congo after escaping quarantine at Africana Hotel in Kibuli, Kampala.
These Chinese were to face Court in Nakawa.
The official of the Ministry said that however, there are reports that two of among these foreigners could have tested positive for Coronavirus.
