Presidential aspirant Lt. Gen. (rtd) Henry Tumukunde has been arrested on Thursday evening.
A family member told this website that he was picked by men in army uniform who surrounded his private office in Kololo formerly Lawns Restaurant located at Impala Avenue.
It remains unknown what the charges are.
