The body of a 7-year- old girl identified as Dylan Karabo has been found on Friday, days after she was reported missing.
Her mother Resty Nakidde earlier announced on social media platforms that Karabo had gone missing.
According to reports the minor’s body was recovered having been dumped in a trench in Makindye.
It is further reported that before her death she was reported and later killed by strangling.
Police was yet to issue a statement about the matter.
