Lt. Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba has heaped praises on ailing Tamale Mirundi for his consistency in defending his country Uganda without fear or favour.
In a tweet, Muhoozi says he has known frail Mirundi for a longtime and the duo has worked together at some point.
Before he was appointed senior Presidential Advisor on Media, Mr. Mirundi served the First Family as the Spokesperson.
He has constantly defended the President and his family even when he was dropped from the job.
Mirundi boosts a following of Ugandans especially listeners/viewers of his weekly television show as he analyses events that happen in the country.
But last week, the belligerent Presidential Advisor was hospitalized at Kisubi Hospital. He was discharged yesterday Monday.
Tweeting in vernacular- Luganda Muhoozi, who is the Special Presidential Advisor on Security said he was hurt by the news of Mirundi’s sickness but was optimistic he would recover very soon.
“Nnyoredwa okuwulira nti mukwano gwange Tamale Mirundi embela ye eyobulamu tebadde nungi nga era yaweleddwa ekitanda mu ddwaliro. Mwagaliza okussuka amangu dala. Tamale Mirundi munywanyi wange okuva edda era omulwanilizi owensi yaffe Uganda ateerya muntama,” reads Muhoozi’s tweet.
