Rajiv Ruparelia continued his fine debut season after winning the fifth round of the autocross/enduro championship held in Kalangala on Saturday.
Rajiv with Enoch Olinga as co-driver, won in a time of 4:56 ahead of Andy Musoke’s 5:13.
The victory continued his magnificent opening season in competitive rally.
Last weekend he won the Clubman Rally Championship (CRC) category in the Kabalega Rally after finishing 50 percent of the event in a time 01:09:37.
The time saw him better and match those of more experienced drivers on day one including eventual winner Arthur Blick.
It was also more than 20 minutes of Peter Busingye his nearest CRC competitor who posted a time of 01:31:16.
