Colonel Bosco Oworinawe is the new deputy commander of military police, this website has learnt.
Bosco, assumed the position which had been vacant since last year after Brig. William Bainomugisha took full command of Miltary Police replacing Maj. Gen. Sabiiti Muzeeyi who was transferred to Uganda Police as deputy IGP.
Bosco, who previously worked in Kasese as head of UPDF operations and training relocated to Makindye barracks earlier this month.
Col Bosco in his 50s joined UPDF around 1990 and has since risen through ranks.
He was promoted to rank of Colonel earlier last year.

Whereas little is known about him, his close associates describe him as very dedicated soldier with no questionable reputation.
