The music fraternity is once again gripped in shock after news on social media indicates that Gilson Wabuya alias Gravity Omutujju has been shot in Bukuya, Mityana District where he was scheduled to perform on Wednesday night.
Pictures of the singer lying in a car seemingly whimpering in pain with two wounds on his stomach are circulating on social media platforms.
Without police confirming the incident, a post on Facebook by Jim Promotions, who claims to be the manager of the wounded artiste says, Gravity was shot by a security guard at a fuel station in Mityana.
Adding, “I have rushed him to nearby hospital but in critical condition.”
Another facebook post on Gravity Omutujju’s wall reads, “Gravity has been shot by unknown gunman, prayers needed.”
It remains unclear whether it is the official facebook account of the musician.
