Kawempe MP Mubarak Munywagwa failed Senior Four examination after attaining grade 4 with 50 aggregates.
According to a leaked UCE examination result slip accorded to Munyagwa in the year 1998 by Uganda National Examination Board (UNEB), the motor mouthed FDC legislator also failed key subjects like English and Mathematics which are still compulsory for any student in senior four.
The incoming COSASE chairman scored pass 8 in English and F9 in mathematics.
He also got C6 in Geography, F9 in Biology, F9 in Islamic REL Education, F9 in Commerce and P7 in Art.
Munyagwa sat his S.4 from Kitagwenda High School in Kamwenge District, Western Uganda under names Munyagwa Mubarak Sseruga.
His UNEB registration number was U0260/140.
