Commissioner of Police (CP) Fred Enanga has bounced back as police spokesperson, replacing Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Emilian Kayima who has reportedly been appointed in charge of publications.
CP Enanga will be deputized by Assistant Commissioner of Police Polly Namaye who once served in the same position, according to a police source.
In the new transfer by the Inspector General of Police Martin Okoth Ochola, SP Patrick Onyango who has been the deputy police spokesperson will now serve as Kampala Metropolitan police spokesperson.
He replaces Mr Luke Oweyesigire. Mr Oweyesigire will deputise SP Onyango.
