President Yoweri Museveni has received a special message from President Pierre Nkurunziza of Burundi, wishing Mr. Museveni and the people of Uganda a happy 2018, said State House.
The message was Thursday delivered to President Museveni by the Burundi Minister for Public Security, Mr. Alain Guillane Bunyoni, at Kawumu Presidential Demonstration Farm in Luweero District.
Present were State Minister for Regional Affairs, Dr. Philemon Mateke and the Ambassador of Burundi in Uganda, Mr. Jean Bosco Barege, among others.
