Abdullah Kitatta, a close associate of Inspector General of Police (IGP) has Saturday been arrested by operatives from Military Intelligence (CMI).
Kitatta a leader of Boda Boda 2010 Association and also NRM chairman Rubaga Division is accused of planning the gruesome murder of Francis Ekalungar who was killed this early this month in Kajjansi.
His body was burnt beyond recognition.
Kitatta is said to have been picked from a Hotel in Wakaliga a city suburb where he was hiding.
His arrest follows several other arrests of members of Boda Boda 2010 on Friday night including his brother Huzair Kiwalabye.
