Sad News: Former Anglican Church Leader Archbishop Mpalanyi Nkoyoyo passes on

The Late Former Anglican Church leader Livingstone Mpalanyi Nkoyoyo

Retired Archbishop Livingstone Mpalanyi Nkoyoyo has passed on. The former Anglican Church leader went to be with the Lord this morning after months battling with poor health.

News of his demise was broken by The Uganda Christian University where the Late former Archbishop was the First Chancellor.

Nkoyoyo has been battling a number of diseases for the past months and was flown to the United Kingdom for specialised treatment in 2016

The Archbishop remained hospitalised the the UK till July last year when he returned home and has since been recuperating at his home

More details and burial arrangements will be announced later. May the Archbishop’s Soul Rest in Peace.
