Police chief Gen Kale Kayihura has Wednesday afternoon reshuffled police officers for second time after the assassination of AIGP Andrew Felix Kaweesi.
In a letter dated March 29th and addressed to the Directorate of Human resource, Kayihura transferred SP Philibert Waibi from Kiira Road Police to Nakasongola as DPC and SP Rogers Seguya from Alebtong to Mukono also as DPC.
SP Kasigiire who was at Nakasongola has been transferred to Kiira Road to replace Waibi as DPC.
D/ASP Constance Nyirasenga from Kiira Division and D/ASP Esther Uwera from Wandegeya have all been transferred to CID for redeployment.
SP Bonifance Kinyera from Mukono has been transferred to Professional Standards Unit pending investigations.
