Democratic Party (DP) and the entire nation continue to mourn and celebrate the life of Hon Mathias Nsubuga who passed away last night days after he was admitted at Case Clinic having suffered a massive stroke while in Mukono.

Among prominent Ugandans who extended their condolence message is President Museveni who remembers Nsubuga as a tolerant politician, “Learnt of the untimely death of Hon Mathias Nsubuga. He was an open, tolerant politician who believed in dialogue. The country will miss him.”
Nsubuga has been the DP secretary general and former Bukoto south legislator.
DP members formed 9 sub committees chaired by MP Medard Segona to handle the burial ceremony slated for Thursday at his ancestral home. His remains will be brought to Parliament tomorrow at 10am and the requiem mass is Wednesday 10am at Lubaga Cathedral.
