Kampala Metropolitan Police (KMP) Commander Frank Mwesigwa has been dropped in the latest police mini-reshuffle.
According to Police Publicist Emilian Kayima, Frank has been replaced by Commissioner of Police (CP) Moses Kafeero.
Frank has been sent to head Tourism Police, a position many perceive as a demotion.
