Kadir Karungi, has died on Friday night in a road accident while travelling from Hoima to Kampala.
One other person believed to be his bodyguard was also killed in the fatal accident.
Kadir’s car crashed at Kateera on Hoima- Kampala highway.
Police is yet to issue a detailed account of what exactly happened.

The deceased has been serving his second year in office after he won a hotly contested race as Hoima district LC5 chairman on NRM ticket.
