President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni transferred various Permanent Secretaries of government ministries.
The changes have seen long serving PS’ transferred while others retired.
Notable changes include, transfer of Keith Muhakanizi from Ministry of Finance to Office of the Prime Minister and replaced by academician Dr Ramathan Ggoobi.
Museveni retired Jane Kibirige from Parliament and appointed former Defence Minister Adolf Mwesigye as new Clerk.
In the same vein, Museveni appointed former FDC member Betty Kamya as Inspectorate of Government and will be deputized by Anne Muhairwe.
Vincent Bagire has been transferred from ICT to Foreign Affairs while his predecessor Patrick Mugoya has been retired.
Christine Guwatude Kintu who served in OPM has also been retired after she was involved in Covid relief food scandal.
Museveni also removed his long-serving State House Comptroller Lucy Nakyobe, she has been sent to Public Service.
