Singer Sadat Mukiibi aka Aganaga has Thursday visited the NRM secretariat at Plot 10 Kyadondo in Kampala to “offer his services to the party.”
Aganaga met with the officials at the secretariat and held one-on-one meeting before he swore his allegiance to President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, whom he composed a song rallying all Ugandans to support the old man with a hat.
Aganaga told this website that NUP, where he sought a flag for Rubaga South as MP is full of intrigue and conspiracy.
“Sometime back some of the officials in NUP alleged that I and Jose Chameleon are moles. I said fine since you are pushing me away let me officially join the NRM,” he said.
Mr Mukiibi says, NUP President Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine is a beneficiary of the regime, having amassed wealth during Museveni’s time.
“I also want to build house like the one in Magere but before that you can’t tell me that Museveni is bad,” he said.
