Distressed musician Sister Charity (Kobutungi Charity) based in Mbabara city, Western Uganda has no kind words for Karamoja Minister Eng. John Byabagambi whom she accuses of defrauding her shs 1.5 million.
A visibly distraught Charity wondered why a whole Minister of Uganda would fail to clear a bill of such little money having pressurized her to record a campaign song in a short a time, promising her heaven and earth.
To expose to the Minister, Charity recorded a four- minute video in Runyankore which has since been circulated widely on social media.
Hon Byabagmabi is the MP of Ibanda South and has been in parliament for three terms and he is seeking a reelection.
