President Yoweri Museveni has sacked Kampala Capital City Authority KCCA) acting executive director Andrew Mubiru Kitaka with immediate effect.
The President replaced him with Dorothy Kisaka as a substantive executive director.
The President also fired KCCA deputy executive director and replaced him with Dr. Eng. David Luyimbazi Saali.
Kitaka is a substantive director of engineering and technical services.
Kitaka was picked on December 20 201 to replace Jennifer Musisi who had quit.
Museveni has also appointed Dr. Daniel Okello Ayen, the Director, Public Health and Environment, Ms. Sarah Kanyike, Director Gender, Community Services and Ms. Grace Akullo Director, Human Resources.
