Uganda Police has mounted search for Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Franco Obbu, the Officer in Charge Bukuya Police Station in Bukuya Town Council, Kasanda district.
It is alleged that Obbo killed Patrick Maniho, 13, a pupil at Mathias Bukuya Primary School as he tried to shoot a stray dog which he missed.
The suspect has gone AWOL but police recovered the killer gun.
By the time of filing this report, the deceased body was at Kasanda Health Centre IV for postmortem.
The case has been opened under Vide CRB 083/2020 of Kasanda.
