Museveni Returns from Angola

Museveni returns

President Yoweri Museveni has returned from a 2-day visit to Angola where he and his Rwanda counterpart signed a pact to improve political and economic relations between Rwanda and Uganda.

The Head of Public Service and Secretary to Cabinet, Mr. John Mitala, received the President on arrival at Entebbe International Airport this afternoon.

Others at the airport included Commander of the Uganda People’s Defence Forces Air Force, Lt. Gen. Charles Lwanga Lutaaya of Uganda Air Force, Assistant Inspector General of Police, Mr. Andrew Sorowen and David Ahimbisibwe of Uganda Prisons’ Services.
