TotalEnergies and the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Company have fully relocated their Uganda operations to RR Pearl Tower One, a premium commercial building on Yusuf Lule Road in Kampala, marking a major consolidation in the country’s fast-evolving oil and gas sector.
The move brings together TotalEnergies EP Uganda, TotalEnergies Marketing and Services Uganda, and the EACOP project team under one roof, ending years of operating from multiple office locations across the city. The relocation is expected to streamline coordination, improve efficiency, and enhance collaboration among teams working on Uganda’s flagship energy projects.
RR Pearl Tower One, owned by businessman Sudhir Ruparelia, is one of Kampala’s newest Grade-A office developments, offering modern, energy-efficient workspace designed to meet global corporate standards. The building’s facilities are seen as well-suited to support the complex technical, administrative, and stakeholder engagement demands of large-scale energy investments such as the Tilenga oil project and the EACOP pipeline.
