There are growing concerns among the people of Busoga regarding the whereabouts of their king, His Majesty William Wilberforce Gabula Nadiope IV.

For nearly a year, the Kyabazinga has remained out of the public eye, with neither his family nor the kingdom providing any updates on his location.

The king reportedly left the palace early last year, shortly after his grand wedding ceremony.

His disappearance went largely unaddressed until December 15, 2024, when he briefly resurfaced at Igenge Palace to celebrate his 36th birthday.

The event was attended by high-profile dignitaries, but notably, some of his close friends and associates were absent.

Shortly after the celebration, the Kyabazinga disappeared once again, and to date, little is known about his whereabouts or future plans.

As the months pass, anxiety in Busoga continues to grow. Palace officials who were contacted by this website declined to disclose his location.

One official expressed concern, stating, “The Kyabazinga is not an ordinary citizen. He leads thousands of people who deserve to know what their leader is up to. But as far as we are concerned, some of us don’t know where he is.”

Unconfirmed reports suggest that the Kyabazinga has been abroad, pursuing further studies, allegedly working on both a master’s degree and a PhD simultaneously.

However, this website could not independently verify these claims.

Efforts to reach Andrew Ntange, the Busoga Kingdom spokesperson, for a comment were unsuccessful.

With three months passing since his last public appearance, the uncertainty surrounding the Kyabazinga’s absence continues to fuel speculation and concern among his subjects.
