Assassinated Vlogger Isma Olaxes (brahim Tusubira) had been warned to back off Equity Bank’s dirty dealings or he would pay a heavy price including death, says the dead man in a video he recorded before he was brutally killed by unknown assailants who remain at large to date.
The self-styled Vlogger was shot in May as he returned home in Kyanja, an upscale Kampala suburb.
In a shocking and turn of events Isma had recorded a video exposing a slew of sinister practices within Equity Bank.
The video which is spreading like wildfire on social media platform casts a pall of speculation that his death may be could have been connected to his revelation on this major financial institution.
In the video, Isma speaking vernacular reveals that he was warned not once or twice but multiple times that he would lose his life shouldn’t he stop speaking about the bank’s illicit deals.
The bank is in the spotlight for it’s unscrupulous ways of cheating customers’ deposits.
Many customers have come out to accuse the bank of removing their saving from their accounts without their knowledge and they never get refund.
The latest was a furious client who recorded a video inside the bank demanding his shs 10 million stolen from his account.
Isma, in the video alleged that a certain lady he didn’t name was cheated of her money by Equity bank and she had been marked for a possible assassination.
In a daring act of bravery Isma said he was tired of intimidation and would reveal the Bank’s dark secrets even if it means losing his life.
It remains unknown if the act of shining a light on these allegations made Isma a marked man leading to his subsequent murder.
