The informative book was launched Monday at the Judiciary head offices in Kampala by the Principal Judge Dr Flavian Zeija who described the Permanent Secretary as an author who has been characterized by depth, diversity, and a relentless pursuit of truth.
“His books delve into a myriad of topics, from African traditions to governance, resilience in post-conflict regions, the power of mindset, and the fusion of public and private sector thinking. These themes are not merely abstract concepts but are woven into the fabric of our lives, our culture, and our society. Nabimanya Ronald, the editor of this latest masterpiece weighed in on Dr Zeija’s comments, labeling Dr Bigirimana as a man who is driven by “passion for truth and authenticity.”
On his part the Permanent Secretary said his journey as an author has been one of exploration, discovery and one for relentless truth and each of his books represents a chapter his my life.

The release of this 6th book is not only a testament to his creative prowess but also a testament to his ability to persevere and excel in multiple domains.
