A fortnight ago, while renewing marriage vows after 25 years of unwavering commitment and shared adventures with his wife at Mestil Hotel, Dr Bigirimana launched what has now turned into the most selling book in the recent history titled “Naked Truth” which delves into African sex magic treasures.
The Permanent Secretary has again authored and is set to launch another informative book “a small book of Big Quotes”.
This remarkable feat has not only earned him widespread acclaim but also underlines the incredible potential that lies with his person who balances professional responsibilities with passion for the written word.
“His incredible multitasking, balancing time for heavy office work, his family and friends, he is a genius” said a staff at Judiciary.
Not only dedicated to civil service, “The Distinguished Order of the Nile Class One” award winner, also ventures into charity work in his home district in Kisoro, community engagement and other undertakings.
In civil service, Dr Bigirimana is primarily known for his diligent work in all institutions he has been deployed to.
Bigirmana’s sex book (best-selling) is a gripping thriller that has captivated readers with its intricate plot, well-developed characters, and a masterful use of experiences to explain how to manage marriage affairs.
Just as readers were still catching their breath from this book, he has surprised everyone by planning to release “Big Quotes” two weeks later.
