Uganda Police is hunting for Joshua Agaba, a sociologist who was sacked by Electrification Agency for his alleged involvement in homosexuality.

Agaba, was offered job contract by the agency on 22nd July 2019 to work as a sociologist.

This website has learned that however, on the 30th January this year, he was fired on grounds of engaging fellow men for sexual sessions.

Agaba’s employer notified him that he would no longer be accommodated in the agency following Police notice and summons that he is wanted.

Reports indicate his supervisor asked him to handover office immediately to pave way for investigations.

The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has since moved to arrest the suspect after issuing criminal summons.

Reliable information indicates he has been in-hiding for months at a brother’s residence.

The brother identified as Reuben Musiime is also suspected to be part of the sexual network.

Agaba together with his brother are the bread winner of the family.

Police has also summoned his brother to answer charges related to homosexuality.

The Parliament of Uganda has twice passed a law criminalising gayism and punishable by death if one is convicted of the act while abetting the act attracts 20 years in prison.
