Kanungu district administrators surely deserve a distinguished medal for erecting state of the art, a toilet like building which has no ventilation and windows just like a grave.
The mega structure will house Kihembe sub-county head offices.
The architect, the contractor, the supervisors, the accountant and all those who contributed to the construction of this magnificent block should be paraded at Kololo Independence grounds, pipped with medals and their portraits hanged in Uganda Museum for a job well done.
According to Kanungu Deputy Resident District Commissioner Gad Rugaju who inspected this grave, it cost the district shs 34 million and a certificate of completion has already been handed to the officials.
As pictures of this grave move viral on on internet, a section of Ugandans has thanked the patriots of Kanungu District for utilising public funds.
