Police detectives from Criminal Investigations Department (CID) have Friday evening netted Minister of Planning, Amos Lugolobi
He is currently detained at Kira Division Police awaiting to be arraigned at Anti- Corruption Court on Monday.
Lugolobi is among the many Ministers implicated in the theft of iron sheets meant for vulnerable Karamojongs.
Lugolobi becomes the second Minister to be arrested over the same after Court on Friday released Karamoja Minister Goretti Kitutu on shs 10 million cash bail.
Kitutu is the prime suspect in the theft having been at the center of distributing the iron sheets.
This website has learnt Police is also hunting for State Minister for Karamoja Affairs Agnes Nandutu.
On Thursday TrumpetNews reported how the DPP had already sanctioned files for Lugolobi and Nandutu.
The two are among 8 other ministers whose files are already with the DPP.
