Vcon Construction Uganda Limited, an architecture firm owned by tycoon Sudhir Ruparelia is nearing completion of upgrading of Kabira country club.
The expanded portion comprises of shopping mall, fully furnished 350 apartments and and 110 square meter luxurious hotel.
The project also belongs to businessman Sudhir who has for long invested in real estate and leisure industry owning a string of magnificent hotels, mega buildings in Kampala and across the country.
The upgrade of Kabira country club in Bukoto is among 6 unfinished multibillion investments which the tycoon has undertaken in the last one year.
The other five projects include: Pearl businessman park, Kingdom Kampala Hotel, Sese Gateway hotel, Paradise Resort and the construction of Convention center.
These projects once completed will be added to a conglomerate of other businesses under Ruparelia group some of which are; Speke Apartments, Speke Resort Munyonyo, Bukoto Heights, Kampala Parents School, Kampala International School of Uganda, Meera Investments, among many others.
