Bigirimana’s leadership Skills earn him Leading role at Top UK institute

The United Kingdom (UK) based Geofidel Institute for Leadership and Management has appointed Ugandan Permanent Secretary and Secretary to the Judiciary Pius Bigirimana to play a leading leadership role in one of its faculties.

In a letter seen by this website Dr. Ugo Onyeka, the CEO of the institute while addressing Bigirimana as “Doctor” following his Honorary Doctorate Degree he earned last week, notified him that his administration had been moved by “your charming CV revealing your in-debt experience in Leadership and Management as well organizational development.”

Mr Bigirimana presented his rich CV in leadership as he received the award in Accra Ghana last week.

“I am therefore, delighted to confirm to you that this appointment is in consideration to your contribution during the recently concluded training program and award of Honorary Doctorate Degree held at Tomreik Hotel, East Legon, Accra, Ghana, between December 13th -17th, 2021. During the program in which you were a delegate and award recipient, your up-to-date knowledge and proficiency in Human Resource Management and Leadership issues including years of public service as a Permanent Secretary, earned you our revered faculty membership,” wrote Dr. Ugo.

“As a tradition, we shall always give you 1 month notice of any of our upcoming training so as to give you enough time to prepare your presentations. Upon notice for training, you shall at least be expected to submit; world-rate powerpoint versions, of the thoroughly researched and instructionally designed presentations on your assigned sub-topics,” the letter further reads.

Bigirmana has made a name out of his long- standing financial management acumen and devoted his life to doing duties as a civil servant

“I am honoured to stand here in a joyful and a wonderful moment of my life which has made me think about my life in a most profound way,” said Bigirimana.
