CID boss Akullo’s brother Succumbs to Covid-19

REST IN PEACE; Dan Okello

Daniel Okello, 44, a brother to the Director of Criminal Investigations Department (CID) AIGP Grace Akullo last night died of Covid-19.

Mr Okello, who worked at UN base in Entebbe breathed his last from Case Clinic in Kampala.

He was also former Lira NGO Forum Board Chairperson.

Burial arrangement are still underway.

Mr Okello will be laid to rest at his native home in Dokolo, Northern Uganda.

Okello’s demise comes in wake of government warning of a looming lockdown following what can be seen as a new wave of Covid-19 which carries a new strain believed to be more dangerous.

Ministry of Health has appealed to citizens to observe more careful and observe SOPs.
