The Church of Uganda is mourning the passing of Rt. Rev. Alphose Watho- Kudi, the Bishop of Nebbi Diocese and Dean of the Province.
Bishop Kudi died on Sunday morning from Arua Hospital where he has been admitted for quite sometime while battling Coronavirus.
Burial arrangements for the deceased will be communicated.
The Archbishop of Church of Uganda Kazimba Mugalu has announced the death of his colleague.
“The Archbishop of Church of Uganda with deep sorrow announces the passing of Rt. Rev. Alphose Watho-Kudi the Bishop of Nebbi Diocese and Dean of the Province which occurred today morning from Arua Hospital.
Burial arrangements will be communicated in due course.
May his soul rest in eternal peace,” a message from Namirembe reads.
