Bobi Wine asks Koboko Constituents to overwhelmingly Vote NRM’s Ayume

Charles Ayume is the NRM flagbearer for Koboko Municipality

National Unity Platform (NUP) presidential candidate Hon Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine has Tuesday endorsed Koboko Municipality NRM flagbearer Dr Charles Ayume.

Bobi Wine asked the voters of Koboko to massively turn up on January 14, 2021, vote him for President and Ayume for Parliament.

“I have studied and watched Dr Charles Ayume so much. I tell the people of Koboko to vote for him,” Bobi Wine told the people of Koboko as he campaigned on Tuesday.

Bobi Wine said that although he is the president of NUP, he backs Dr Ayume for standing “firm” just his late father Francis Ayume.

“I am the president of the NUP and I know he is from the NRM… but I want to tell you to vote for that young man called Charles Ayume” But I want to tell you Ayume to stand firm like your father did,” He added.

Bobi Wine’s revelation has since sparked off debate among sections of the public, as to whether Bobi Wine was not vindicating Investment Minister who recently branded Ayume opposition.

Minister Evelyn Anite, who lost the NRM primary election to Charles Ayume said, the polls were marred with chaos after Ayume ferried NUP hooligans from Arua to Koboko.
