The European Delegation to Uganda led by Ambassador Attilio Pacifici on Wednesday visited opposition leader Hon Robert Kyagulanyi at his offices in Kamwokya, Kampala.
Kyagulanyi along with People Power vice president Dr. Lina Zedriga Waru Abuku welcomed the delegation.
Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine who seeks to be President of Uganda held a closed door meeting with EU envoys.
The meeting has since sparked off excitement among People Power supporters who wondered how a revered foreign delegation would storm a ghetto office in Kamwokya.
The meeting comes at a time the country is preparing to choose a set of new leaders in elective offices.
