Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) publicist Peter Kaujju has been named the new spokesperson of Umeme, Uganda’s main electricity distribution company.
Mr Kaujju replaces Sandor Walusimbi at Umeme.
His move from City Hall comes at a time when President Yoweri Museveni has replaced the KCCA top management led by Andrew Kitaka with new administrators.
The President appointed Dorothy Kisaka, a leadership coach, lawyer and the Administrator of government’s COVID-19 Response Fund, to the position of Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority.
She will be deputized by Eng. David Luyimbazi Ssali.
Peter Kaujju has been at KCCA for close to a decade.
