EVIDENCE: Expansive Apartments tagged to PS Atwine belong to David Musoke

The apartments are owned by David Musoke. They are on sale.

Evidence obtained by this website reveals the true owner of the plush apartments which had earlier been linked to Ministry of Health Permanent Secretary Diana Atwine.

The apartments are located in Kyaliwajjala not Kulambiro and Najjera suburbs as earlier alleged by a section of online news outlets.

We have established that, the mega structures have been placed on sale by the owner David Musoke, a Kampala businessman who can be reached on both MTN and Airtel phone lines – 070013649* and 077724238*.

Further scrutiny of the phone particulars show the same names of the businessman mentioned above.

Speaking to Mr Musoke while our reporter disguised as a buyer for the mega Kyaliwajala Apartments, Musoke said all the apartments are currently full and he is looking for a serious buyer who will take the whole structure at shs 1 billion.

He added that, the apartments collect shs 8 million from rent every month.

The apartment has 14 units and Musoke has since placed them under a marketing agency- Shanney Properties Uganda Limited which put pictures of the structures on internet.

Social media is one of the key marketing avenue considering this period as an internet revolution.

It is therefore possible that someone with a hidden agenda picked the pictures from internet and attributed them to Diana Atwine.

Mr Musoke owns more similar properties and all are on sale.

Wounded

The Ministry of Health Permanent Secretary Dr. Diana Atwine earlier scoffed at a clique of “disgruntled” Ugandans who are “wounded” by Ministry’s progress in combating health crisis in Uganda.

And these unhappy individuals have since launched malicious attacks on the people are who at the vanguard of keeping all Ugandans safe.

Permanent Secretary Diana Atwine has been under an attack by a sponsored malicious campaign that she owns the buildings.

PS Atwine believes that while executing her duties, not all Ugandans are pleased with her work.

She ridiculed sponsored online falsehoods suggesting that she used influence peddling to award multi-million quarantine deal to her relative who owns hotel in Kampala and also diverted billions of COVID-19 funds to erect mega buildings.

“The negative forces will always be there but we have higher calling and duty to do. The challenges are many that lie ahead. Let us press on,” Atwine said.
