Voters in Katakwi District have Saturday welcome newly appointed State Minister for ICT Peter Ogwang in Style
His supporters crazily lifted the Minister up on the roof of the new NRM office in Getom Sub-County as a way of commissioning it.
The State minister for ICT is in his constituency for the first time since his ministerial appointment and has received a heroic welcome from his voters.
Peter Ogwang is among the newly appointed Ministers and has been a strong supporter of President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. He belongs to NRM wing of Young Turks that are considered vocal and the future of the party.
