The Military together with armed policemen have besieged The Convenant Bar and Lodge in Gulu Town where Hon. Robert Kyagulanyi planned to hold a meeting with his supporters.
Kyagulanyi spent the of Monday at Naggalama police cells.
The People Power Leader better known as Bobi Wine was scheduled to have nationwide consultations after he was cleared by elections regulator- The Electoral Commission.
But Police said he hadn’t fulfilled the required guidelines.
Police Spokesperson Fred Enanga on Monday announced that Bobi Wine’s planned activities across the country were suspended.
