A 35-year- old police officer attached to Professional Standards Unit (PSU) who has been battling a mysterious illness for a few days has Sunday afternoon passed on.
Dan Mugisha was found unconscious in his bathroom at his residence in Kisasi, a Kampala suburb and was rushed to Police Hospital before he was pronounced dead.
According to a relative, Mr. Mugisha has been ill for a few days as he complained of abdominal pain.
Reports indicate he died of an infection, however we couldn’t verify this information.
